About Me

With over 20 years of drumming experience, I’ve developed the skills to play and teach a wide variety of musical styles, including rock, metal, jazz, funk, blues, and pop. Throughout my musical journey, I’ve performed in multiple bands spanning many different genres, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to be a versatile and confident drummer. My background also includes participation in both symphonic band and marching band during my school years, where I built a strong foundation in music theory, reading, timing, and discipline. As a drum instructor, my goal is to create a fun, relaxed, and encouraging learning environment for every student. Whether you’re picking up drumsticks for the first time or looking to improve your technique, I’m here to help you grow at your own pace while enjoying the process. I believe that learning music should be exciting and rewarding, and I tailor each lesson to fit your interests and goals so that you can become the drummer you want to be while having a great time along the way.
