About Me

My experience as a musician dates back to when I was 11 and played the lead role in a school musical. I sang "O Holy Night" as Beth in "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever." I also sang a solo in "Life is a Highway" that same year for a music group called "POPS" that took auditions to place. So, with that, I have always been singing. I joined the SoR program as a student when I was 13 years old where I later picked up piano, electric bass, and guitar, both acoustic and electric. I am quite fluent but paced in music theory. I have played in many different bands that range from classic-rock cover bands around the city of Memphis being a bass player or singer primarily. I have played a few solo-gigs as myself, Llana, and right now I am beginning two new music projects where vocals and guitar is my spotlight within a duo. Along with individual lessons, I have taught many voice and bass lessons privately from home, and I also played a role as an instructor/Director for the performance programs as SoR so I am very experienced in working with not only individual students but entire groups of 20 or more at once.
