Andrew began playing guitar at the age of 12. Over the years, he developed his skills further by playing in various bands. He gained performance experience in the New Jersey/ New York area by playing at such venues as The Starland Ballroom and The Stone Pony, and with acts such as Wreck Engine and Planet Peacock. Though Andrew can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Rock, punk, funk, metal, reggae, ska and whatever feels right, and all influence his style of playing. Andrew has loved music since he could hear and feels music is life. He loves teaching music because he wants to share his passion with others.
