Joel is a vocalist and Music Education student at Stephen F. Austin State University with experience in both vocal performance and ensemble leadership. His background includes performing with Armonía, a professional choir in Houston, and appearing in SFA’s opera production of Die Fledermaus. He is also a recipient of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Scholarship. Joel has experience teaching and leading vocal ensembles through his work as a student director for Men’s A Cappella, Madrigals, Chorale, and Junior Varsity Men in high school, as well as working with students at SFA All-State Choir Camps.
