About Me

Rebecca has Bachelors Degree in Viola performance with a Minor in Suzuki Pedagogy from the University of Denver. She has played in the Tulsa Philharmonic, the Colorado Springs Symphony, the Chattanooga Symphony, the Nashville Symphony, the New Mexico Philharmonic and the Santa Fe Symphony. She maintained a private teaching studio for violin and viola students during this time. Rebecca has taught at the University of Colorado in Pueblo as an Assistant Professor, in several Montessori schools and Public schools. She enjoys swimming, going to concerts playing chamber music and being with people.

Becky has 38 years experience teaching with Suzuki and traditional teaching methods. She has maintained a Private lesson studio in all cities of residence where performing in her main orchestral positions. She has taught from students from ages 5 through older adults. Chamber Music coaching, Youth Symphony string sectional coaching, vocal coaching, beginning piano lessons, Ted Brown Music-private studio, Cappella Music Academy. Becky is happy to help students with any piece of music they wis to learn.
