About Me

I began playing the guitar in 2014 when I was in 7th grade taking a basic guitar class in school. I wanted to keep playing guitar so I signed up for perform in Mariachi, and continued on with that from 8-12 grade. I continued to play after graduating High School in 2020, but began studying music at San Antonio College in 2024 where I learned much more about the guitar and the classical style, and how theory connects everything together. I began teaching in 2025, under an after school program by Zainy Arts Studios, giving an hour group class for kids in 3rd-5th grade. This year I also began giving lessons at Guitar Center for people of all ages giving either 1 on 1 lessons or an hour group class. I like to either give a casual teaching approach for those that don’t need theory-heavy knowledge and would like to just start playing! And to those who want a more in depth experience for the guitar I can also teach the basics of notation, theory, and classical technique. I am mainly familiar with Rock/Pop or Mariachi and Classical style guitar.
