Hello! My name is Selwyn. I was born in South Africa and moved to the UK where I made my first record along with working with a variety of different musicians and producers. Through my studies and experience, I have developed a unique approach to teaching drums and music, that will allow the student to pick up the fundamentals of learning to read music, and apply it to the instrument. I studied drums with many greats, including Philly Jo Jones, who worked with Miles Davis in the sixties. Jazz if my forte, but I teach a variety of different music.

Selwyn L. is proficient in and teaches Drum Lessons .Formal Education:
Studied piano at the University of Cape Town SA for 4 years.
Private Education:
5 years of SuperCussion at Santa Ana College. A 23 piece percussion orchestra. Including Christmas concerts at different halls in California as well.
