Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am a student of music. My musical journey began when I was a child and I would sing with my parents at family events and church functions. When I was 11, I joined a beginner band and started playing the flute. As I grew, so did my love of music. At 17, I began playing tenor saxophone and trying out the piano. My favorite instruments are the voice, flute, piano, and ukulele. My favorite learning experience is when I coached a student to achieve a vocal goal she had set with my guidance. My favorite thing about music is how interwoven it is in history and I love teaching music because I love seeing students understand concepts.
