I’ve been teaching piano in the Chicago area for 40 years. I took piano for 10 years before majoring in music at Kent State University in Ohio. I have also taken 6 years of jazz improvisation lessons from a Chicago jazz artist. Over all those years I had my students perform over 80 recitals. I teach all modes of music. Classical, Broadway, Pop, and movie themes. I have a concert grand piano that students will be playing on. My focus for students is to learn this skill, and have fun along the way.
