Hi, my name is Quilon and I am a guitarist from Baltimore. I have been a student of music for 10 years. My musical influences include blues, rnb, jazz, metal, funk, and everything in between. My teaching style can best be described as patient and supportive while finding healthy means of motivating my students to reach their goals. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I believe any hardship can be overcome through means of patience, resilience, and consistency. In my lessons, you can expect to learn music theory that will improve your improvisation, ear training, rhythm, etc. I like to tell my students not to give up when things become difficult or annoying. My favorite thing about teaching is extending my true love and passion for music upon those I interact with. My favorite performance was playing Voodoo Chile by Jimi Hendrix for the first time.
