I've played Piano for over ten years, since I was in third grade. I've played composers such as Bach, Brahms, Khachaturian, Schubert, Saint-Saens, and a little Liszt. I've played in senior living homes several times, and at recitals with these composers. As for teaching, I often teach the dynamics of songs tempo, volume, and fixing errors. From my own teacher, I've found very useful techniques to help memorize and improve playing, which is applicable to any song, experienced or not. Even with songs I'm not knowledgable in, I find ways to greatly enhance playing. With every student, there's a different and consistent error, and I plan to fix promptly.

What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Depending on your experience, we will find a basis for what you know. Are you starting completely fresh, or do you have some experience? Do you know a few songs? Is there something that you're struggling with? We can go through the fundamentals of piano playing to fill in the gaps of various pieces. If there's something like reading that is a challenge, I always strive to improve those issues. I have books that are essential for improving hand strength and flexibility. If there's even a song you want to try, we can try something fresh, or I can recommend a song I'm experienced with. If it's pertinent (or if you're curious), we can also learn about the etiquette that is seen in recitals or concerts.
