Review About Me
I am a multi-instrumentalist and outsider songwriter-producer based in Reno, Nevada. I was a drummer in a few NYC bands (Severna Park, Dirt Bike Annie, Blanket Statementstein and White Shabbos). From 2004 to 2007, working alone I wrote, performed, recorded and released about 30 songs spanning rock metal reggae and electronic. I currently release select solo cover versions through the Eleusion Temple imprint as Phædrx.

Formal Education:
I graduated from NYU in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, and also got to begin a real-world music career as a drummer and songwriter-producer as well. I graduated from Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY.
Private Education:
I have tutored and instructed groups and individual students in music performance and music-related activities such as songwriting and production.
Performing Experience:
I have played percussion (bass drum, cymbals, quintuple toms) in a Marching Band for over 10 years (LBSMB, NY). I have played drums and bass on two CD albums and a 7 inch EP record. I played twice at the original CBGB's in NY (now defunct) and have done shows all over the Tri-State area including NJ, Brooklyn, Queens, and mostly Manhattan.
Experience Teaching:
I was certified in 2006 in Long Beach NY Schools, and 2008 in Herricks (Long Island) Schools, where I taught for a combined 6 years. I taught regular classes as well handling Special Education and extracurricular classes (Gym, Music, and Art).
