I don't necessarily have a specific musical influence, I love all genres of music and I am very open minded to something I may not be familiar with. I love working with children and teaching them as individuals. I don't have a specific teaching method, I usually go by how the individual is taught.

I am classically trained. I went to State in high school and ranked 1st. I attended Lamar University as a vocal performance major.
Private Education:
I took classical vocal lessons from a Julliard Graduate. I took lessons for blues guitar, but started out of bass guitar.
Performing Experience:
I am a worship leader. I am considered a mezzo-soprano, but I cover five octaves. I have performed in many plays, private concerts, classical concerts, jazz concerts, rock concerts, gospel concerts, etc. I was the lead singer and dancer in a school group in college. Every week I get up and lead worship at my church, but I am also called on to lead worship for youth events. I am a choir and musician clinician.
Experience Teaching:
I am a choir and musician clinician to churches in the area that need help. Every week I teach people what they need to know for specific songs. I have 7 students in my private studio as of right now. I teach every Monday and Tuesday. I have students from 5 years old to 19 years old. I am pretty much a well-rounded teacher. I love working with young people and getting to know them as individuals.
