About Me
I’ve played guitar for 34 years, (since 1980).
I recorded 7 albums; (5 independently, 2 with other bands)
Born & raised in The Bronx, New York.
In 8th grade, I was top student of my class in 1st year of group lessons.
I was privately taught advanced lessons throughout H.S.
I played in 2 rock bands at age 17.
I earned my Associate’s in Applied Science in Business Management at Five Towns College, Majoring in Audio Recording Technology.
U.S. Army veteran, with 5 years active / Gulf War, airborne, ETS with Honorable Discharge /
(1995) remained a guitarist to play in 14 bands up until now (2013)
I play bass as well as the drums and keyboards.
I’ve been teaching guitar at the Meyers Rec. Ctr. Since 2009.
Johnny S has over 4 years of music experience in the Fayetteville area.
Johnny S is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Bass Guitar Lessons .Formal Education:
H.S. Diploma
