About Me

I have been playing electric, acoustic, and bass guitar for four years, drums for three years, baritone and trombone for 3 years, and piano for 2 years. I have played both solo shows and shows with a band. On average, I play about 8 shows a month. I play rock, blues, funk, alternative, acoustic, punk, and some metal/hardcore. I can read sheet music fluently. I took a special class at my high school for Music Theory. The largest show I ever played was at a high school pep rally and the number of attendees was over 1,000 people. I did that two years in a row. I have been featured on one professionally recorded cd and I am in the process of creating my first solo album. I have taught several friends music as a leisure activity. I am also skilled in recording and processing of audio. I am going to pursue a career in either music performance or audio manipulation.

Formal Education:

-Baritone and Trombone lessons for 3 years starting at the age of 11 for junior high band.
-Music Theory for one year at age of 17.

Private Education:

-Piano lessons for 2 years starting at age of 11.

Performing Experience:

-Played solo performances for 2 years, usually earning a good deal in tips.
-Played with a band for one year, earning actual pay from the music venue.
-Performed at two high school pep rallys, both events were in front of over 1,000 people.
-Performed at restuarants, bars, clubs, lounges, high schools, and private parties.
-Has been featured on one professionally recorded CD, and is in the process of creating my first solo CD.
