Michael is one of the more sought after drummers within the Sarasota original music scene. With a strong background in scholastic and conservatory style percussion and the experience of hundreds of different performance platforms; Michael Murphy comes with experience, a vast musical vocabulary, in depth knowledge of techniques, and a practical individualized approach to teaching. Learn how to play the drums musically, with dynamics, and with other people, how to play in a band and tour!
