About Me
I am a gifted communicator. I work as a full time lobbyist. I advocate for positions and issues for a living. I am also a gifted teacher. I am an adjunct teacher at the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven. I like giving back this art. And I am also a Student of music for life. I continue to study with a Master Teacher, Donn Trenner (please google him) on the advance harmonies and jazz progressions I play on the Chromatic Harmonica. I read music, I am a member of the local musicians union and I have played and performed Harmonica in Europe and Across the U.S.

Chris D. has over 40 years of music experience in the New Haven area.

AS. Gateway Technical Community College, Education

Private Education:

Turtle Bay Music School, NYC. I studied Harmonica under Robert Bonfiglio one of the leading classical harmonica players in the World. Over the years I have been a student of music with associations and collaborations with many musicians in the greater NYC area. Currently as mentioned I study with Donn Trenner. One of the single greatest musical talents to ever come from the Greatest Generation of Jazz and performance.

Performing Experience:

I perform regularly in CT and Europe. I am part of a band that tours the Czech Republic yearly and play with Trumpet Player Laco Deczi.

Experience Teaching:

Private students over these many years and a stint at the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven, CT. where I am currently an adjunct teacher.
