Well... That's a hard one, but I thinks it's being a good customer service person. I'm a retired utility company employee, and as you know, everyone has electricity. I've worked with every kind of possible person out here. I've been teaching on and off for around 25 years. I've trained up some damn good players. I have a systematic lesson style that works.
