Sunshine B is a professional singer, flutist, improviser abb and educator who primarily sings in performance. She also sings in studio, recording on her own band's albums, as well as providing vocal support to other projects for hire. She has been toured with the Grateful Dead spin off band Furthur ( led by Phil LESH and Bob Weir) since 2009. She also performs and tours with the internationally acclaimed vocal band SoVoSó, and continues her work and learning in the art form of CircleSinging with Bobby McFerrin.
Sunshine B has over 21 years of music experience in the San Ramon area.

Beginner - Intermediate
Flute warm up with scales and breathing exercises, show me current music you are working on and we can study together or we can find new songs to work on together. I can also teach advanced level flute improvisation.
Formal Education:
HS Diploma from James Logan High School 2.5 years at California State University Hayward, focusing on Expressive Arts
Private Education:
NCLB certified as a part-time performing arts teacher-can be a teaching assistant in any U.S. class room
Performing Experience:
Professional Touring vocalist with Furthur 2 for venues that include Madison Square Garden, Shoreline Ampitheatre, and Radio City Music Hall Band Liaison and member of a vocal Band from 1
Experience Teaching:
almost 10 years experience successfully teaching singers one on one and in groups setting how to become a better performer, and meet their goals of singing better in tune, singing with more support, learning to be less nervous, expanding range, and vocal improvising and successful songwriting.
