Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Brandon relocated to Marietta, Georgia in the summer of 1998. Starting on Viola at age 12, he was a stand-out musician with a natural ability to adapt. After 4 years of Viola study, Brandon started study on the Violin. Studying under the wing of Roumena Georgiva, Brandon developed early techniques to soon carry him into performances in local symphonys including The AUC Orchestra in Atlanta and the APO Orchestra also based in Atlanta. Brandon also won a position in the 11/12 GMEA All-State orchestra on Violin and he was a Govenors Honors Program recipient in the summer of 2011. Among Brandon's accolades as an early performer, Brandon also started composing in 2006. Among his many compositions, Penumbra (a staple in his repertoire) was performed in Spivey Hall in the Spring of 2014 by a self-assembled string quintet made up of students of Clayton State University including Brandon as 1st Violin. After 3 years studying at Clayton State, Brandon studied at Georgia State University (music performance/composition).

What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons

ALL STRING FAMILY INSTRUMENTS ARE WELCOME. Students will receive a very extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of playing a string instrument with progression to becoming an advanced player. Students will have regular practice sessions and will be recorded in a organized manner.
