About Me
I began playing trombone in 1974 and have since placed in competitions, honor bands, scholarships, principal chair in top ensembles, and continue to play today. I started playing guitar in 1981 taking lessons from various instructors and have played in various bands over the years. I also began to play electric bass in 1998 and have played in various bands. I continue to play the acoustic, classical, and electric guitar and electric bass. I have taught in the Arizona school system for 21 years. In that time I have been a band director, guitar instructor, general music teacher, and led a choir club.

Attended school studying music at Northern Oklahoma College, Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and received my Bachelor's of Music Education from Northern Arizona University.

Have received private lessons from instructors at the schools I attended and also from individuals privately.
Performing Experience:
I have played in various ensembles at the schools I attended (wind symphonies, orchestras, jazz bands, pit orchestras, chamber ensembles). Mostly on trombone, but some playing was done on guitar. I have also played in various bands playing in clubs and festivals. I have even done some playing in some studios.
