Eric was born and raised in Shawnee, KS. and after graduating high school moved to Los Angeles and began studying at Santa Monica College pursuing a Film Composition degree. He was a student at the prestigious Henry Mancini Institute hosted by UCLA and went on to work on many independent films and in front of the camera as a drummer on Disney`s Pirates of the Carribean 1 & 3. He moved back to Shawnee in 2009 and currently teaches and plays around the K.C. metro.

Studied music composition at Santa Monica College and UCLA.
Private Education:
Studied with Percussion Institute of Technology founder Ralph Humphrey for many years.
Performing Experience:
Traveled to Europe three times for performances with Los Angeles Symphonic Winds and also performed at the prestigious Midwest Clinic in Chicago 2005.
Experience Teaching:
Taught privately for ten years.
