Professional musician 30+ years. Theater work, jazz and have played with various bands in Kansas City area.
James K has over 30 years of music experience in the Kansas City area.
James K is proficient in and teaches Bass Guitar Lessons .Formal Education:
No Music degree but studies privately in Boston with Ross Adam associate professor Berklee School of Music.
Private Education:
Studied upright bass with Mike Assheeta bass chair at Yale teaches in CT.
Performing Experience:
Played extensively in Northeast in all styles of music. Big band, shoe bands and theater orchestra work. Currently play in Kansas City area with various bands.
Experience Teaching:
Taught Bass and Guitar at New Hampton School in New Hampshire 2007 to 2012. New Hampton School is high school level private school.
