Grew up in the Mississippi Delta. First music teacher was an old blues musician, so my earliest influences are blues. Main focus is blues and classic rock like Allman Brothers, ZZ Top, Little Feat, Dire Straits, Tommy Bolin, Pat Travers, Rolling Stones, Eagles.

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Lessons are relaxed and light hearted and tailored to each individual's ability. We will try to make steady progress with each lesson, and build on previous lessons. I will listen to what the student wants to do and try to accommodate their needs and desires. Overall we will have fun. I want every student to look forward to each lesson. For younger students, I encourage parents and siblings to sit in if they desire.
