I started Playing drums at the age of 12. I have been introduced to many styles including Jazz, Reggae, Rock, Metal, and Funk. I have played with many diverse bands through the years and have had my share of studio time.
I currently play with a touring band in Gainesville, which is a mixture of reggae, blues, rock, and folk. I love to blend genres, even if they dont seem like they will mix :)
I really became interested in teaching music a few years ago during my employment with O2B Kids. I taught 5-12 year olds drums and percussion and how to have fun making music. I realized this is what I love - to spread the joy of music, to young and old!
