I am a recent graduate of Northwestern University with a major in Classical Guitar Performance, a double major in German, and a minor in Music Technology. I have played the electric guitar for 10 years now and the classical guitar for 5 years now.

Bachelor of Music from Northwestern University. I studied for four years under Anne Waller and was also a member of Northwestern University Guitar Ensemble
Private Education:
I took private lessons from age 12 to age 18.
Performing Experience:
I have performed in one competition. I did twelve performances with the Northwestern University Guitar Ensemble. I performed in one performance of a student production of the muscal Shrek, I performed a junior and senior recital, and I have performed as a member of two bands.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught guitarto children in San Jose de Cusmapa, Nicaragua and to I have taught one adult while at Northwestern University.

Chad has been a student of mine for the past four years at Northwestern University. He is an accomplished guitarist and a very responsible person. Chad has played in the University Guitar ensemble and has done an excellent job in both the Guitar Pedagogy class and in Guitar and Lute History and Literature. Chad works well with a variety of personalities. He is interested in many styles of guitar playing in addition to his classical studies. I think he will be an excellent teacher.
