About Me

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Lewis & Clark College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.  Most recently, I was the Music & Youth Director at St. Peter Catholic Church.

Karin F is proficient in and teaches Keyboard and Piano Lessons, Vocal Lessons .



Formal Education:

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Lewis & Clark College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.  My major instrument as a Music Major was piano, but I also studied private voice, composition, music theory, choir, musical theatre, and music history.  

Private Education:

I studied piano and violin privately growing up, and piano and voice privately in college.  Some private piano since graduating

Performing Experience:

Violin - 6th grade through high school Piano - Some when young.  Throughout college (highlight was my Senior Beethoven Piano Recital) and in Portland OR after graduating.  Performed as the Dept. Chair of Music & Drama at the Institute of Notre Dame (choir concerts, The Wizard of Oz).  Performed for weekly Sunday Masses as the Music and Youth Director at St. Peter Catholic Church.
