About Me

I am a classically trained musician who has been performing since age 8. I was also a songwriter for BMI's Musician's Guild for five years and have been a private instructor for voice, songwriting, guitar and also recording projects since 2003. I was a producer for several years, and produced several music videos and programs for public access on music and entertainment.

Lourdes T has over 30 years of music experience in the Tucson area.

Formal Education:

PhD and MA in Applied Linguistics. MA in Human Rights Practice. BA in English with minors in music performance (guitar and voice).

Private Education:

Private college 1 Classical guitar, theater and voice

Performing Experience:

1973 - recorder, Beethoven's "Ode to Joy", Kennedy Center

1990 - singer/songwriter/guitarist with Milumet Express, New Orleans

1992 - songwriter BMI Gulf Coast Musician's Guild

1994 - singer/songwriter/guitarist Isis II

1998 - present vocal coach, guitar instructor, songwriter/co-producer Nova Music Productions and as a private instructor, Tucson
