I began my musical career at age 8 when I took up drumming. I was first taught by my grandfather who played drums in various acts in his career including vaudville acts in the early days. I started playing drumset at age ten. I continued to take instruction from my grandfather untill I reached High School at which point I was involved with various parts of the High School band including but not limited to Marching band, symphonic,drumline, Jazz ensemble, etc. All the while I was in my own bands writing and honing my skills as a player with other musicians.

After High School I attended Mcnally and Smith Music College where I took intensive courses and was involved in the drum department. The degree I persued was an AAS degree in Drumming and percussion with an emphasis on live performance. During my time there I became involved in a band that went on to sign a contract with Atlantic records which subsequently moved us to New York City. We made several records for the company and then switched to Arista records. I have also spent time as a NYC studio musician and Toured with RuffNation Artist Kristy Frank.

I have had many experiences playing in front of crowds recording and most of all enjoyed making a living while doing what I love to do which is play music.

I currently reside in Phoenix AZ, and am still playing music as a means of vocation.
