Review About Me
My main musical influences have been my teachers and old blues/rock music. I value hard work, persistence, and passion above anything else when I teach, and try to instill these things into the minds of my students along with the musical concepts I teach.

Private Education:
I took lessons with my instructor Ben Tufts on and off from 7th through 12 grade, and now take lessons with Dr. Justin Alexander at the VCU School of Music.
Performing Experience:
4 Years of Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band in High School, 1 Year of performing with the VCU Symphony, and various extracurricular performances such as district band, regional orchestra, and the Cappies Gala at the Kennedy Center
Experience Teaching:
I taught one student through the Music Orchard program set up by high schoolers for elementary schoolers who cannot afford or do not have the time for lessons outside of school, and I was an instructor for the Douglas S. Freeman High School front ensemble during their band camp this August.
