About Me

After graduating with a degree in Recording Arts from MediaTech Institute in Dallas TX, I have been working in the Audio and Recording industry for 18 years, honing my skills of recording, audio engineering, post production and film scoring under the mentorship of studio professionals in recording studios and sound stages all across the US, including Los Angeles, Austin, Dallas, and Nashville. I have produced, recorded, mixed and mastered multiple genres of music from classical and jazz, to hip hop and hard rock. Some of the films I worked on have gone on to win awards at film festivals, and even air on networks such as Hulu, PBS, and Netflix. Currently, I work as a mixing and mastering engineer out of my home studio, and my goal is to connect with my students and pay it forward by leaning on my real world experience where I will teach the fundamentals of audio and recording arts, so that my students can apply the knowledge and techniques to get professional results in any recording environment, with any budget, whether that be a small bedroom studio, or a multi million dollar major production facility.
