1971 - 1972 Played guitar in a band JOU at clubs in Tucson, including Choo's Choo's(now The Surly Wench)on 4th Avenue & the Skyline Country Club.

1966 - 1967 Played guitar in a band The Ebb Tides, in Chicago.

Michael Began teaching guitar in the 1970's for Wally King's Music Store in Glencoe Ill.

In 1980, he opened the Old Town Music Store, on Armitage Ave. in Chicago, sharing a common door with the world renowned Old Town School of Folk Music.

Michael provided individual and small group guitar instruction.

Michael moved to Tucson in 2007 and has been teaching guitar and bass to individuals and small groups.
