Growing up in a family where my Dad was always playing out in bands, music kind of rubbed off on me. I learned to play saxophone in 5th grade like a lot of my classmates did. I knew right away that I would be playing music for the rest of my life. In middle school my friends and I decided to start a band so I picked up one of my Dad's guitars and started learning. In high school I participated in symphonic band, jazz and marching band all four years and also participated in winter percussion my senior year. In 2012 I started a christian band which has allowed me to lead worship at Northwest Community Church every Sunday. In 2014 I started the band Break Up Lines playing shows in several venues in the greater Cincinnati area such as Bogart's, Madison Theater, and Southgate House. Currently in 2016 I lead worship playing Guitar and singing at Northwest Community Church every Sunday while also playing guitar, saxophone, and lead vocals in the band Break Up Lines.
