About Me

My names Ty. I'm 21, but I have played drums and guitar since I was 6 years old. I took lessons for both of them for years. While playing drums, I was the private teachers first student to finish through a complete book before anyone else did, and I was the youngest of his students. I have also learned bass and piano over the years. I'd love to help you get going on your musical journey or your kids. Since I want to become a teacher anyways, this is one way that I can get started already. Thanks!

Formal Education:

Drum lessons for 8 years with instructor Guitar lessons for 10 years with instructor

Private Education:

Learned bass and piano on my own and of course, have practice drums and guitar throughout that also.

Performing Experience:

Performed pieces for instructors and have played on stage here and there as a fill in musician.

Experience Teaching:

I have helped my nephew start learning how to play guitar, and he is known as the musical one in school now. I haven't had any formal teaching yet. But that will hopefully change soon!
