My name is Garret. I have been playing drums for 24 years. I have been playing with various bands over the past 15 years which has allowed me to play many of the major venues in the Chicago-land area, tour and record. I have taught lessons in the past both on my own and through a business.

What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Students can expect to learn how to begin playing basic beats and how to build off of those beats with fills. As the student becomes more comfortable with the basic beats and fills, we will begin to add on to them making them more advanced.
Formal Education:
I was in school/marching band for 8 years. Self taught on the drum set.
Performing Experience:
I have toured from the midwest to the east coast and played many of the major venues in Chicago and throughout IL.
Experience Teaching:
Substitute teacher at School of Rock.
