I am a musician and music teacher with over 20 years of experience in musical instruments like guitar, piano, drums, electric bass, percussion, flute and singing. Over the last 15 years my devotion has been in the musical learning for people with intellectual, motor and mental disabilities leading musical programs, music therapy, formed and directing bands. Additionally, I am a psychology. Based on my knowledge I could lead a Music Academy for Special Learners being the Director of this Organization.

Director-Founder Proyecto Magenta ProyectoMagenta is a Music Academy of contemporary for people Disabilities whose mission is to develop music skills for kids, young and adults with different skills encouraged to persue their talents to achieve certain levels in order to develop their independence.
Achievement: 1. Comprehensive development of our participants on the basis of music, through various activities cognitive, communicative, social and emotional development. 2. Establishment of therapeutic programs, courses of interpretation in different music and instruments adapted to each level. 3. Four (4) unique musical bands have been formed with people with intellectual disabilities in Peru, achieving inclusion for employment under contract and individual music shows. 4. Interviews in different media of radio, print and television communication at national (Peru) and international (Mexico). Promoting work of young people and contributing for equality and respect for the field of music and people with intellectual disabilities. 5. We have been recognized internationally by the Double Album “Wild Things Vol. 3” produced and edited in London in 2012. 6. Recognition of the Congress of the Republic of Peru for the inclusive labor in April 2014 7. Agreement with public and private institutions to promote the music level of special education 8. Agreement with the School of Music at the Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas to implement strategies that allow students from both institutions involved within and outside the university classroom, with a view to equal opportunities in front of the musical development.
