My name is Cason and I fell in love with music 15 years ago. At age 15 I began playing in a band setting at church and soon after started a metal band with some friends. Once I graduated high school I studied Music Theory and Composition at Hardin-Simmons University. I love music and its abilities to heal, stretch, and bring people together.
Cason M has over 15 years of music experience in the Cedar Hill area.
Cason M is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons .Formal Education:
Bachelors of Music in Theory and Composition from Hardin-Simmons University.
Private Education:
Four years Classical Guitar lessons with Dan Mitchel
Performing Experience:
13 years playing in churches. I was in 3 "rock" bands when I was in high school over 3 years

Great Teacher!
Cason is one of the most knowledgeable guys I know, he can carry on talking about music theory for hours without making it sound boring. He would be great for teaching MUSIC, as opposed to JUST teaching an instrument. He will surely help all of his students UNDERSTAND the concept behind what they are being taught, rather than just being taught where to put fingers. He is patient and a good communicator!
