About Me
My students have to be at least 7 years old to start lessons. As a child, I studied guitar and drums privately. I began a professional career at 14 and played and taught through college. I spent several years out west and began my original songwriting career there. Since returning to Dayton, I have formed original songwriting and jazz groups over the years. I have been teaching for the past 20 years and continue to create, record, form groups and play solo guitar performances.

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Learn to read music, snare, set, charts, rudiments. Understand and execute rhythms. Will explain what goes into the various styles of music you are interested in. Go beyond the basics into intuitive and original rhythmic creations.
