The moment I began performing musically I knew it's what I wanted to do for my whole life. I remember very well how it felt trying to get started, and how frustrating it could be. I also remember how great it felt when things began to click and I started to perform capably. I only got to that point because of the passionate instructors I had. I want to pass along what I have learned, and help others achieve their musical goals. I'm very excited about being an instructor. I look forward to helping my students improve their abilities, as well as continue to build my own so I can be the best teacher I can be!

Performing Experience:
I started playing in my school orchestra in 4th grade and continued to play upright bass through middle and high school. I participated in 2 high school theater productions as a member of the pit orchestra. I have also traveled to New York and Philadelphia with my school orchestra. I have been playing bass guitar for over 8 years. My band began performing professionally in 2010. Since then we have released a record on an England-based label and completed a national tour spanning 13 major cities.
Experience Teaching:
3 years private tutoring in upright bass, Life Scout and member of the Order of the Arrow Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America, Confirmation class leader and 5-year member of the youth community of the First Church of Lombard.
