Joey’s Music Lessons offers private, one-on-one instruction in Guitar, Bass Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, Ukulele, Dobro, Lap Steel, Vocal Coaching, Songwriting, Music Theory, Beginning Piano, and more. Joey is a patient and compassionate teacher who believes that every student learns differently. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, he customizes each lesson to match the individual goals, learning style, and interests of every student. His supportive teaching style helps students build confidence, stay motivated, and truly enjoy the learning process while developing strong musical skills.

Teaching is my passion, and my primary goal is to help every student learn their instrument with confidence and strong fundamentals. I believe that no two students learn the same way, which is why I avoid a one-size-fits-all teaching style. Every lesson plan is personalized around the student’s goals, interests, and learning style. When students are excited about what they are learning, they stay motivated, practice more consistently, and make meaningful progress while enjoying the process.
