About Me

Born and raised in Russia. I took piano as a child, played acoustic guitar for 20 years, led Christian worship for 15 years, sang in folklore/ethnic-fusion groups for 5 years. Recorded several songs. I love singing and teaching vocals. I have a mild low baritone, won prizes for guitar and singing performance in various contests in Russia.

Formal Education:

MA in English and German from Omsk State Pedagogical University. Piano lessons as a child for 3 years, played acoustic guitar for 20 years, led Christian worship for 15 years, sang in folklore/ethnic fusion groups for 5 years. Studied vocals at the VOX vocal studio in Omsk, Russia. Studied academic vocals at Novosibirsk State University Choir.

Performing Experience:

Played acoustic guitar for 20 years, won contests for the best guitar accompaniment in Russia, led Christian worship for 15 years in a church, sang folklore/ethnic fusion in various groups for 5 years, recorded several songs (can share the audio files), performed at multiple national folklore festivals as a lead singer, performed as a lead singer and guitar-player at a Berdsk consert in 2015. I have a mild low baritone, have experience singing English, Russian, French, and Italian songs.

Experience Teaching:

Formal teacher training, MA in English and German. 5-year teaching experience at a high school. Taught my own children to play the piano and sing. I love children, have a passion for music and singing. I can teach singing in several languages (Russian, English, French, Italian). Worked as a private tutor for 10 years.
