I am a 23 year old recent college graduate. I play guitar and bass, and have been playing for about 10 years now. I consider myself to be proficient in guitar, and advanced at bass guitar.

Sean D. Reference
I have been asked to give a reference for Sean for a music teaching position. I met Sean when he was in middle school. Sean came out for the middle school wrestling team and I was a coach and teacher at that point. I coached Sean for the next six years until he graduated from high school. The thing I admire the most about Sean is his determination. When Sean sets his mind to do something then he will find a way to accomplish his goals. I watched it first hand his senior year of high school. He was determined to be a state champion wrestler. He made that happen despite some very tough obstacles along the way. During his time wrestling for me I watch Sean develop into a strong leader. He helped with the younger and less talented kids on the team. He was always encouraging them and helped to instruct them if a coach was not available at that time. Sean also volunteered his time to coach and teach our local youth team at the time. The kids ranged in ages from 5 to 12 and have various levels of experience. Sean was always very positive with these kids and was a great motivator. I can't speak to his specific music talents as I am not very musically inclined myself, but I can say that I think Sean would be a very good teacher and motivator for people wanting to learn.
