About Me
I have been playing Music since I was 8 and I have been teaching it since I was 18 (Im 26 now). I play guitar, drums, trombone, piano, trumpet and even a few others but my principal instrument in the Bass (both electric and upright)
Michael W has over 15+ years of music experience in the Boynton Beach area.
Michael W is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Bass Guitar Lessons, Drum Lessons, Keyboard and Piano Lessons .Formal Education:
I auditoned for Berklee School of Music and was accepeted on the bass, but I chose to attend the University of the Arts in Philidelphia instead.
Private Education:
I took lessons on a number of instruments right here in Palm Beach County when I was a kid.
Performing Experience:
I have opened for bands such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Trace Adkins, Charlie Daniels Band and a lot more. I have performed thousnads of gigs since I was 14 and I have extensive tour experience.
Experience Teaching:
I taught for a company called Music After School for 5 years. I resigned due to the fact I didnt like the curriculum they made me teach and I found it ineffective when it came to teaching children music.
