Meiling earned her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at Oberlin Conservatory. She also attended the Middle School of Central Conservatory of Music in China, and Idyllwild Arts Academy. Meiling also worked in summer music camps. Her teaching philosophy is to give the student the most suitable music education in an absolutely relaxed and fun environment.

As the professor of English for Speakers of Other Language at Oberlin College and Conservatory, I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Meiling L. Meiling was enrolled at Oberlin Conservatory, U.S.A, in an intensive English language and culture course for the year 2013-2014. She took an advanced academic English language class and she obtained the highest qualifications. The course demands high discipline and commitment to academics and Meiling exceeded my expectations. In addition to always completing her assignments on time, she would meet with me in order to make sure the assignment was perfect. In addition to being committed to her academics, Meiling built strong relationships with her classmates and peers. Her ability to connect with others was demonstrated when she had to complete group assignments. She was always responsible and dependable to complete her portion of the assignment and help others when they needed. In all, Meiling is very enthusiastic about the team-work and academic tasks commanded to her. She is also very kind, reliable, polite and very hard-working; qualities that are an asset, not just in academic with fellow students, but also sharing tasks or responsibilities within a team.
