Music Lessons in Raleigh

Raleigh is North Carolina’s capital, a major college town, and part of a technology-focused economy connecting the city with neighbors Durham and Chapel Hill, known as the ‘Research Triangle’ area.  The ‘Triangle’ in which Raleigh exists is highlighted by each city’s respective university (North Carolina State University in Raleigh, Duke University in Durham, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), which makes the area a prime spot for taking music lessons, with a wide spectrum of experienced talented instructors (and students who have become instructors) to choose from.  Being in a triangle of three college towns makes Raleigh’s live music scene one of a robust and alternative nature, with popularity in punk, indie rock, metal, and hip-hop.
