I'm a professional performer in New Orleans, singing jazz and dancing on stages from Frenchman street to the Main Stage at House of Blues! I grew up in bluegrass, performing as early as 5 years old, and am classically trained in Broadway and Opera.

What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
It's important to have a strong base in basic music theory and vocal technique, but what the point if pure not enjoying it? I work with the student to find music that they enjoy and base my lessons around the goals that they want to achieve. We'll work on warm up technique, understanding the music, ear training, following tempo and rhythm, vocal control, finding the key, volume control, and performance.

Performing Experience:
I've been performing since age 5, and am now performing regularly in New Orleans. I was the lead alto in three choirs in college and the lead vocalist for the Northwestern State Jazz Orchestra. I also performed all throughout college with various bands and that has continued through my move to New Orleans.
Experience Teaching:
I've taught both privately and with Guitar Center as a vocal instructor.
