I began playing at the age of 16 and had my first gigs within a few months. I moved to London and turned pro when I was 21. I played in all the leading clubs in London. I played the Top Ten club in Hamburg where the Beatles started and toured with opening and backing bands for many stars and toured Europe several times with my own band before coming to America. I toured the states with my own band before settling down to teaching and local gigs in Nashville.
