About Me

I am 40 year old college graduate of Colorado State University.  I have played guitar for over 40 years.  I play many styles including rock, jazz, funk, blues.  I also sing and play harmonica (all while playing guitar).  I have written over 40 songs in many genres and was frontman/lead singer/rythym guitar/lead guitar and songwriter for the all original band 80MPH-Ady's Musical Powerhouse (3-piece) hailing from Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Formal Education:

Bachelor of Science- Forest Management Colorado State University 1997

28 years of playing guitar, singing, harmonica, drumming, keyboard, percussion.

Performing Experience:

Over 20 songs professionally recorded. 2 years as frontman in 80MPH-Ady's Musical Powerhouse (my nickname is ady-sounds like 80). Performed over 100 live shows in and around Ann Arbor, Detroit and Toledo at various venues including the Croswell Opera House in Adrian, Michigan and the Toledo Waterfront on July 4th 2008.

Experience Teaching:

I owned a painting business for twelve years. 2000-2010 where I instructed and supervised several employees I hired to help me paint.
