Valerie has loved music from an early age. She began playing horn at the age of 10 and continued her education by attending Virginia Commonwealth University. She has studied with Damien Bollino and Patrick Smith. Valerie is currently playing with the Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra and has performed with the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra and the Mid Atlantic Wind Symphony.
