About Me

I started playing guitar at 18 years old, but I had a lot of older musicians around me to help me learn the instrument, and the more I learned, the more excited I got about the possibilities this instrument had to offer. Some of musical influences include, Ritchie Blackmore, Steve Morse, Frank Gambale, and Alex Hutchings,just to name a few. At this point in my life I really enjoy writing my own music and sharing it with others. I enjoy teaching others and giving them the tools and teaching them the skills to someday be able to make their own music, which is in my opinion what its all about. The method I use is to first, show each student, say the key of C, then I will show them all the chords that they can use in that key, and then I will show them the scale that belongs to that key. after learn the basic chords I begin to show them how to add a 7th,9th, and so on.
